CineShooter Smart Handle
The Smart Handle is an accessory designed for the CineShooter Pan & Tilt Head. This accessory provides an easy grab point for carrying, mounting and positioning your CineShooter Pan & Tilt Head, and enables the use of FreeMotion Mode of the CineShooter Pan & Tilt Head. When activated, FreeMotion Mode causes the motor axes of the CineShooter to relax tension, allowing users to freely position their camera by hand to quickly compose shots through an intuitive and tactile interface. Once your desired position is found, simply release the button to freeze the motors and set your keyframe.
NOTE: FreeMotion is only compatible with the standard Second Shooter Slider Motor, 50 Series CineDrive Slider Motor, and 100 Series CineDrive Motor. Motors with higher torque ratings such as the Cineshooter Macro, TLS's integrated motor and the High Torque Second Shooter Slider Motor which are too tight of a gearing ratio cannot be moved by hand when FreeMotion is enabled by the Smart Handle
Also, the current firmware build limits FreeMotion control for up to 3 axes at once, the number of axes available should be increased with future firmware updates.
